Here are my favorites (For SNES):

1)Legend of Zelda : A Link to the Past (possibly my favorite game ever)
2)Yoshi's Island
3)Starfox


I have heard that Chrono Trigger is the best game ever for SNES, but I've never played it

I love NES games. My favorite game is Super Mario Kart. I think i m spend very good time. My most favorite game is Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island but i like three game mostly love the following:
1) Super Metroid
2) Final Fantasy III
3) Earth Bound

Yoshi's Island kicks butt! Love that game, passed it probably 3 times.

Your last three are great games as well, however I haven't ever gotten past the first few levels on those games, I need to just get into them and pass them.
